I do not see Old Elm Wild Bird Food on your website. How can I purchase it?
We do not ship our Wild Bird Food UPS at this time. Contact us and we can let you know where to purchase it in your area. Please note that most of the dealers that carry our Wild Bird Food are in the Midwest, so it may not be available in your area.
How do I get Old Elm Pigeon Feed?
Most of the dealers that carry Old Elm Pigeon Feed are located in the Midwest. We sell directly to dealers in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. We have distributors that also sell our feed in other states. Please contact us and we can let you know if our Pigeon Feed is available in your area.
I got a damaged item. What do I do?
If your item was damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately! Call 1-800-785-3304 and ask for Dawn, our on line customer service rep. She will let you know what to with your damaged item and how soon a replacement can be sent to you.
Something is missing from my order. What do I do?
If you are missing an item, or part of an item, please contact us immediately! Call 1-800-785-3304 and ask for Dawn, our on line customer service rep. We usually can pick up the item with the missing pieces and send a replacement.
